Avon Township Highway Department

After the 2009 election, Highway Commissioner Pat Anderson requested a new website for the Avon Township Highway Department to provide more transparency and information throughour the department and reduce Freedom of Information Act requests by making information available online. WICA Technologies delivered a web site based on the Umbraco Content Management System to enable the Highway department to manage their own content with no web page design experience at all!
